1. Independent, Non-Affiliated Business

Modtime Creations is an independent, small-batch watch customization business. We design and hand-assemble modified ("modded") timepieces using genuine Seiko movements and premium aftermarket components sourced from third-party parts suppliers.

Modtime Creations is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Seiko Holdings Corporation, Rolex, Omega, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, EON Productions, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM), or any other watch brand, film franchise, or company referenced on this site. All product names, brand names, and franchise names mentioned are used strictly for descriptive and comparative purposes — to help customers understand the design inspiration behind a given style — and not to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or authenticity of origin.

2. Homage & Modification Disclosure

Many of our designs are described as "homage" pieces. This means they are original interpretations inspired by the aesthetic of iconic watch designs, built on genuine Seiko automatic or Miyota automatic movements. An homage watch is not, and is never represented as, a genuine product of the brand it is inspired by.

  • No genuine branded parts, dials, crowns, clasps, or logos from Rolex, Omega, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, or any other referenced brand are used in our products.
  • We do not sell counterfeit, replica, or "fake" versions of any trademarked watch.
  • Any resemblance between our designs and the design language of another brand is intended solely as a stylistic tribute, not as a representation of authenticity or origin.

3. Trademark Ownership

All trademarks, trade names, brand names, film titles, and franchise names referenced on this website — including but not limited to Rolex®, Omega®, Audemars Piguet®, Cartier®, Seiko®, Seiko Holdings Corporation, James Bond®, 007®, and Spectre® — remain the sole property of their respective owners. Their use on this site is purely descriptive/nominative (to identify the style of design that inspired a given product) and does not imply any partnership, licensing arrangement, sponsorship, or endorsement between Modtime Creations and those trademark holders.

4. Modtime Creations Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the original content on this website — including product photography, original written descriptions, page layouts, logos, and the "Modtime Creations" name and branding — is the property of Modtime Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.

5. Genuine Components Used

Our modifications are built using:

  • Genuine Seiko and/or Miyota automatic watch movements
  • Premium aftermarket dials, hands, cases, crystals, and bracelets sourced from third-party component suppliers
  • Hand assembly and quality control performed by Modtime Creations

No original Seiko, Rolex, Omega, Audemars Piguet, or Cartier watches are sold, disassembled for resale, or misrepresented as complete branded products.
